Extending HubSpot for insurance processes
Erb and Young had used HubSpot for 1 year already, however they were having a hard time getting the entire team onboard since many processes still lived outside HubSpot.
During our discovery phase we outlined current processes throughout marketing, sales and service.
Outlined critical processes
Certain key processes were outlined and their current state was mind-mapped, giving us a 360 view of how these key processes tied to HubSpot.
Created a tech & data framework
We implemented an ERD outlining how HubSpot data will exist within standard and custom objects, such as policies.
Designed key processes directly on contacts, deals, and tickets
A high-fidelity prototype of the look and feel of these processes were built out on Figma.
Built out HubSpot extensions
Using an agile framework, our team worked through development sprints and were able to get the project into production.
User training and support
User documentation, and training meetings were held to ensure all agents knew how to utilize the technology. We also provide quick way for support as questions come up.
Results
Within the first year, we have almost doubled total premium, generated using HubSpot.
